Here, state-of-the-art technology meets historic ambiance. On the first floor of Grafenegg Castler, we’ve created 11 barrier-free seminar rooms that meet the latest standards and guarantee undisturbed calm. The many side rooms are ideal for break-out sessions, workshops, back offices or reception areas. Would you like to stretch your legs during the breaks? The 32-hectare castle grounds offers relaxation in your down time.
Castle, first floor – west rooms
Thanks to their special acoustic equipment, the rooms in the west wing, like all the other seminar rooms, are perfect for musical rehearsals. But they’re also popular for seminars and workshops, as a retreat, reception room or back office. Between 30 and 80 people (depending on the seating variant) can be accommodated in the individual rooms.
Castle, first floor – south rooms
Each of the south rooms offers space for around 50 people in a pleasant interior. After the seminar, your break catering can be served in the cosy lounge area.
Castle, first floor – east rooms
The stylish ceiling vault of the seminar rooms in the east wing creates an exciting contrast to the modern conference technology. The Gustav Mahler Hall with its historical paintings is often used for catering or as a foyer. The four rooms in the east wing can each accommodate 50 people.
The Castle Heuriger, accessible via the castle courtyard, offers the ideal space for 70 people for lunch or dinner.
Mews West/East
With just under 100m² each, the two Mews, West and East, are the «little siblings» of the Reitschule and are popular as supplementary areas when hiring the Reitschule. The marble horse troughs on the long wall are reminders of the buildings’ original use and are quirky details of this exclusive ambiance. Mews West, with its separate delivery entrance, makes an ideal backstage area for catering. Both of the Mews can be individually and flexibly adapted for cocktail parties, buffets or presentations.
Reitschule
The former riding hall can be used flexibly for a wide range of events, offering space for up to 700 people. Thanks to the lighting architecture, you can design your event to your very own individual requirements and make it visually stunning.
Old Barn
On the grounds of Grafenegg Castle, the Grafenegg Cottages and the Old Barn form a wonderful setting for special seminars and exceptional events. Our guests have 16 cottages with a total of 128 beds at their disposal. With a floor area of 300 square metres, the Old Barn offers a unique and inspiring environment.
Auditorium
With its outstanding acoustics, the hall is perfectly adapted not just for concerts but also for stage shows, conferences and presentations. Over three levels it offers space for up to 1.300 people
